This webcam is courtesy of Montana State University. You can "take control" and use the drop down to quickly observe the key features in and around Bozeman "live". You can also use the manual feature and zoom in to any area you want. I watched a storm roll in one day over the Tobacco Root Mountains and it was spectacular!!

Why this blog?
The goal is to post some of our adventures both in the backcountry and goings on around town. We will post road trips to microbrews to ghost towns to mountaineering. Of course blue ribbon trout fishing and good old western cowboy humor will have to be included as well. This blog is currently a "work in progress".
Since my better half is an incredible photographer, I expect to color this blog with breathtaking vistas from all over Big Sky Country. The background image is from an area about 30 miles south of us in Southwestern Montana.
This is "Where Mountains Touch The Sky".

Welcome to Our Big Sky Adventure
Well, we made it. It has been a work in progress for over 25 years and the road has been hazy from the start. It may not have been the destination from the beginning, but it has woven itself into our lives and we have made it a reality. We now live in Big Sky Country!
